The Process

See how we go from Raw Leather to a Premium Piece

Design
Cut
Punch
Glue
Stitch
Finish

DESIGN

Every product starts with a pattern that we digitally design and prototype until it's perfect

CUT

We use the pattern to carefully cut the components out of the leather

PUNCH

We then use premium hand tools to punch stitching holes into the leather

GLUE

When the components are ready we glue them together with a strong contact adhesive

STITCH

Then we saddle stitch the pieces by hand with a high quality thread to bond them permanently

FINISH

Then it's time for finishing, where we sand, bevel and burnish the edges for a refined, professional look and feel
